HWH Living is a health and wellness platform founded in 2021 by Hemalatha S.G., a Health Psychologist and Nutritionist, with a mission to make sustainable health support accessible to people living with chronic conditions and burnout.
The platform offers personalized care by integrating nutrition, psychology, and habit coaching—guided by both expert support and AI-powered recommendations. HWH Living helps individuals manage conditions like PCOS, prediabetes, fatigue, stress, and emotional eating with a real-world, science-backed approach.
In addition to individual care, HWH Living works with organizations to address mental health and lifestyle-related illnesses in the workplace through workshops, therapy, and coaching.
To date, the platform has supported over 500 clients in rebuilding their energy, improving health markers, and building lasting habits—without crash diets or unrealistic routines.

For most of my twenties, I was stuck in a cycle of fad diets, calorie tracking, and guilt. Diagnosed with PCOS at 17, I was told to "fix my lifestyle"—but no one really explained how. Like many others, I was left to navigate unpredictable symptoms, hormone shifts, and the emotional toll alone.
That search for answers led me down a different path—one that combined nutrition, psychology, and lived experience. I realised real health isn't just about food. It's about how you sleep, how you move, how you think, and how you manage stress.
That's why I started HWH Living: to help others find clarity and support in a world full of noise. My approach is science-backed, psychology-informed, and deeply personal. Because sustainable health isn't about restriction—it's about rebuilding trust with your body.
