What began in 2021 as a one-woman nutrition coaching service has evolved into a comprehensive wellness platform that blends expert-led guidance with the power of AI. Our intelligent system helps personalise recommendations based on your goals, habits, and health data—making wellness not only effective, but also accessible and sustainable.
Alongside our individual programs, we also work with corporate teams and founders, helping organisations build healthier, more resilient workforces. Through a blend of workshops, health coaching, and mental health support, we address the root causes of burnout, chronic stress, and lifestyle-related illnesses in the workplace.

About the Founder

Founder & Lead Coach
Hemalatha Anirudh
MSc. Psychology (Health and Wellbeing), Christ University, BengaluruFor most of my twenties, I was stuck in a cycle of fad diets, calorie counting, and constant guilt. I kept chasing a number on the scale but never truly felt healthy.
I was diagnosed with PCOS at 17, and like so many others, I was told to “fix my lifestyle.” But no one explained what that actually meant. How do you fix your lifestyle when you're dealing with unpredictable symptoms, hormonal imbalances, and the emotional weight that comes with it?
That frustration pushed me to learn. I started exploring nutrition, mental health, and how the body really works. What I discovered changed everything—real health isn't one-dimensional. It's not just about what's on your plate. It's about how you sleep, how you move, how you manage stress, and how you take care of your mind.
That's what led me to start HWH Living.
I created this platform so that no one else has to feel the same confusion and overwhelm I once did. At HWH Living, we help you rebuild your health from the inside out. There are no restrictive plans, no guilt-driven goals—just practical tools, expert support, and compassionate coaching that fits into your real life.
With a background in Health Psychology and certifications from Precision Nutrition and ISSA, I've built a system that combines trusted human guidance with AI-driven personalisation. It's designed to support you, whether you're managing a chronic condition or simply trying to feel like yourself again.
