What started as a passion for guiding individuals toward better nutrition has blossomed into a full-spectrum approach to health, encompassing personalised coaching, counselling, therapy services, yoga, and nutrition education. About the Founder

Hemalatha Anirudh is deeply passionate about helping people achieve their best by guiding them to become their healthiest selves. With a Master's degree in Health Psychology and multiple certifications in Nutrition Coaching, her mission is to empower individuals to optimise their lives through holistic health practices.

As the head coach and lead psychologist at HWH Living, Hemalatha takes a person-centred approach, tailoring her guidance to meet each client's unique needs and goals. Hemalatha firmly believes that with the right motivation and support, anyone can build healthy, sustainable habits that lead to a fulfilling, happy life.

Hemalatha's dedication to continuous learning has driven her to earn numerous certifications, including Motivational Interviewing, Tobacco Cessation, Sports Nutrition, Sports Psychology, and Queer and Trans Affirmative Care. This diverse expertise enables her to offer comprehensive, inclusive care to all her clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support on their journey to health, wellness, and happiness.
